A Mountain Home man, 26-year-old Ryan Anthony Osheim, was arrested Wednesday evening on a felony residential burglary charge after deputies were called to a residence on Meadowview Terrace. Osheim was booked into the Baxter County Jail on the felony charge with bond set at $25,000.According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, Osheim had previously worked for the homeowner of the residence. He was fired and told to never return. He was asked to return the key to the home however, but he refused. The homeowner had taken steps to secure the residence, but Osheim bypassed those obstacles and gained entrance anyway, causing damage to the property.

The homeowner went to the residence at approximately 6:30 Wednesday evening and found it had been broken into. The homeowner and a neighbor caught him leaving out the back. He was taken into custody at the scene by Sheriff’s Deputies.

Montgomery says, records indicate Osheim has four prior arrests for criminal trespass in Baxter County in 2017, some of which were related to the same residence.

He is scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court.
