OXNARD, Calif. (AP) Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett says the club expected a suspension for defensive end Damontre Moore, who was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving while with the Seattle Seahawks last season. Moore is among three Dallas defensive players who will be suspended to start the season after getting a two-game ban for violating the NFL’s personal-conduct policy. Garrett said Moore has “made great strides in our evaluations” since signing with the Cowboys in March.
