The Marion County Fair and Livestock Show Board will meet Monday evening at 7.
Board secretary Susie Hall says all agriculture teachers and 4-H agents are requested to attend the meeting.
The meeting will be held at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Summit and is open to the public.
