Pursuant to Arkansas code, the Cotter City Council is giving its first notice of a public hearing to be held on Monday, August 14, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at the Cotter City Hall in Council Chambers. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a petition by Chuck Sugg pertaining to the closing of a street easement on 5th Street East of Lot 1607 by 60 feet.The Cotter City Council will hear and determine whether the street easement will be closed. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend. An open workshop will follow the closing of the hearing.
