A routine inspection by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) will require lane closures on Bull Shoals Dam. According to ArDOT, Arkansas Highway 178 will have alternating lane closures on the dam Wednesday from 7:30 to 5:00 weather permitting.
Traffic will be controlled with flaggers, signage and traffic cones. Motorists traveling through the area are advised to allow extra time to reach their destinations and to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through work zones.
