The Mountain Home Volleyball team beat the defending 4A state champions Brookland in nonconference play Monday night at The Hangar. The Lady Bombers topped the Lady Bearcats in straight sets with scores of 26-24, 25-15 and 25-19.
For the Bombers Claudia Carter had 8 Kills, Charlie Pierce had 7 Kills, Elaine Blackmon had 5 Digs, and Leah Jackson had 25 Assist.
Mountain Home improves to 13-7 overall.Brookland was a 27-25, 20-25, 15-7 winner in the junior varsity match. Jaden Chapa had 6 Kills and 11 Digs for theBombers.
