The Mountain Home 9th and 8th grade volleyball teams both suffered losses at Batesville Tuesday night.
The 9th grade team lost in three sets, falling by scores of 25-23, 16-25 and 9-15. Megan Trotter had ten digs, Laykin Swetnam had six digs, Ella McCurley had four kills and Kennedi Palmer served seven aces.
The 8th grade team fell to Batesville by scores of 33-31 and 25-20. Kiah Beard had 14 digs and nine assists, Riley Schmitz finished with 15 digs and Georgia Burnham had six kills.
