Caufield man injured after vehicle hydroplanes

A Caulfield man, 54-year-old Darryl Hobbs, received minor injuries in a one-car accident Monday evening when his vehicle hydroplaned and left the roadway.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper C.A. Kimes says the accident occurred at 5:30 on U.S. 160, three miles west of South Fork.

Hobbs was transported to Ozark Medical Center in West Plains for treatment of his minor injuries. His vehicle was towed from the scene of the crash. The report indicates he was wearing a seat belt.
