The Mountain Home High School tennis teams wrapped up play in the 6A East Conference Tournament Tuesday with an individual conference champion along with second and third place team finshes.
Emily Heidi is the 6A East Conference champion for the second straight year after she won both of her matches Tuesday. That gives her a number one seed for the state tournament.
Also for the Lady Bombers, who finished second in the team standings, Elizabeth Lewis will be a six seed for state after going 1-1 Tuesday. The doubles team of Sydney Czanstkowski and Meagan Beck earned a three seed after losing in the semifinals and winning the third place match. The doubles team of Sarah Godfrey and Chloe Nosari will be a six seed after going 1-1 Tuesday.
On the boy’s side, Mountain Home finished third. Billy Beck will be seeded third for the state tournament after going 1-1 Tuesday. The doubles team of Sam Arp and CJ Blackmon lost both of their matches and will be a four seed for state.
