The Mountain Home Parks and Recreation Department will host a Halloween dance Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at the L. C. Sammons Youth Center in Cooper Park. The event is for youth in the third, fourth and fifth grades. The cost is $3 per person for youth center members and $5 per person for non-members.
The Parks and Recreation Department advises the evening will be packed with fun, including approved music and lighting provided by youth center staff, costume dance contests, door prizes, free snacks and punch and a photo booth, with photos at $5 each.
The event will be chaperoned by Parks and Recreation Department staff and community volunteers.
