Basketball and wrestling make up the local Saturday schedule.
The Arvest Bank Tournament will come to an end at Flippin. Action begins at 10 a.m. as the consolation championship games will be played in the new gym, and the consolation third place games will be in the old gym. All remaining games will be in the new gym starting with the third place games. Mammoth Spring’s girls face Melbourne at 1:00, and the Yellville-Summit boys play Marshall at 2:30. The championship games will follow as Norfork’s girls meet Jasper at 4:00, and the Cotter boys take on Deer at 5:30.
The Mountain Home freshmen girls will spend the weekend in Centerton. The Junior Lady Bombers will wrap up action in the Cure CMD Tournament as their game is scheduled for 2:30 at Bentonville West High School.
Elsewhere, Mountain Home’s seventh grade boys will compete in a jamboree at Harrison.
The Mountain Home junior varsity wrestling team will be in Fayetteville for tournament play. Action begins at 9 a.m.
