The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet in special session Thursday afternoon at 1:00 to consider one item of new business.
The one item of new business is approval of a sketch plan in Glenbriar Commons, located at the corner of Laurel Road and East 16th Street. The request is a variance to allow a curb to curb distance of 25 feet instead of 30 feet and to allow the drive over concrete curb and gutter type the City of Mountain Home utilizes.
The petitioner is Thomas Embach of Leisure Homes and will be presented by Ken Cotter with Consolidated Land Services.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
