The Cameo Club of Mountain Home's 38th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes is set for Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until 4:00. This year's event features two homes, plus a historic site in conjunction with its grand opening and Christmas open house.
Cameo Club member Dea Windsor says the historic site component of the tour will feature the Buford School Museum on Highway 126 or Buford Road.
A portion of the funds raised through the tour will be directed to the Baxter County Historical Society to support the Buford School Museum.
Club member Cheryl Munson Beall says the home of Jo and Buzz Wolf has an exterior lodge look.
Windsor says the second home on the tour is the residence of Carolyn and Richard DiSanto. The home was on tour about seven years ago, but has undergone substantial changes.
The home also features a collection of vintage cars.
Tickets for the Cameo Club Holiday Tour of Homes are $12 and are available in advance at Bouquet Palace, Interiors Marketplace, Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, Posh Boutique, or from any Cameo Club member.
On the day of the tour, tickets will be available at Bouquet Palace or at the museum and the homes.
Proceeds from the tour benefit numerous community projects, as well as scholarships.
