A one-vehicle accident in Howell County Sunday evening, one half mile west of West Plains on County Road 4100, has claimed the life of 17-year-old Sean Kelley of Dora.
Missouri Highway Patrol Corporal J.C. Howell reports the accident occurred just before midnight when Kelley, traveling at a high-rate of speed, crested a hill and lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a fence and a tree.
