A Stone County man, 42-year-old Timothy Cullipher of Mountain View, has been charged with the felony offense of sexual indecency with a minor.
Stone County Sheriff Lance Bonds says Cullipher was interviewed November 28th by investigators from his office and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division following an investigation involving alleged sexual contact with a female juvenile.
Cullipher’s bond was set at $25,000.
