A golfer from Izard County High School has signed to continue his career in college. Tyler Pemberton signed a national letter of intent Wednesday to play golf at Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge.
This Fall, Pemberton helped lead the Cougars to the Class 1A State Championship and was the Class 1A runner-up as an individual.
Pemberton has earned both All-State and All-Conference honors the past two seasons.
