High school basketball makes up the local Friday schedule as Mountain Home will be in front of the home crowd for their last games before Christmas. The Bombers and Lady Bombers are set to welcome Russellville to the Twin Lakes Area.
This will be the home opener for the Mountain Home girls as they come into the game at 5-5 on the season. The Lady Bombers are coming off a 13-point game a week ago at Harrison.
Mountain Home’s boys currently have a record of 2-8. The Bombers suffered a six-point overtime loss at Harrison last Friday.
The junior varsity boys’ game tips off at 5 p.m. at Bomber Gymnasium. The varsity contests begin around 6:00 and can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.
Elsewhere, Omaha’s girls will be across the state line as they begin the Walnut Grove Holiday Classic. The Lady Eagles meet Verona at 4:30.
