High school girls’ basketball makes up the local Saturday schedule as two area schools will compete in the Division I quarterfinals of the NEA Invitational Basketball Tournament at Jonesboro. Melbourne tips off at 10 a.m. against Marmaduke, and Izard County meets top-seeded Riverside at 1:00. Both games will be played at First National Bank Arena on the campus of Arkansas State University.
