With precipitation being expected in the Twin Lakes Area on Sunday, a wintry mix is possible north of the state line. The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for southern Missouri for Sunday morning from 6:00 to noon. Meteorologist Steve Lunenburg of the National Weather Service office in Springfield says the area can expect freezing rain in the morning hours.
