Governor Asa Hutchinson has reappointed Kay Hinkle of Mountain View to the board of trustees of the University of Central Arkansas. Hinkle’s reappointment expires January 14, 2025.
Hinkle graduated from State College of Arkansas, now the University of Central Arkansas, in 1970 with a bachelor’s degree in business. She has served on the University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees since 2004. Hinkle resides in Mountain View with her husband, James.
