MHHS basketball teams travel to Beebe Wednesday

The Mountain Home High School basketball teams will be on the road Wednesday for makeup action. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will continue district play as they go to Beebe.
Mountain Home's girls are currently 8-9 on the season and 1-2 in the 6A/5A-2. The Lady Bombers picked up their first district win Friday over Morrilton. Beebe is 13-5 and 2-1. The Lady Badgers stepped outside of district play five nights ago and suffered a five-point loss at Russellville.
The Mountain Home boys are tied for first place in the 6A/5A-2 at 8-9 and 3-0. The Bombers are coming off a seven-point victory over Morrilton. Beebe is 8-9 and 2-1. The Badgers defeated Russellville on Friday.
The junior varsity boys' game tips off at 5 p.m. at Badger Sports Arena. The varsity contests begin around 6:00 and can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.

The Mountain Home seventh grade girls will travel across the state line for a game originally scheduled for Monday. The Seventh Grade Lady Bombers begin tournament action at Branson Junior High School as they meet the host Seventh Grade Lady Pirates. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30.
