A Mountain Home woman, 42-year-old Bobbie Watroba, was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center Sunday evening following an arrest by Arkansas State Police.

While online jail records indicate Watroba was being held on felony drug offenses and for other agencies, an affidavit was filed Tuesday in connection with an incident in Marion County.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a Marion County sheriff’s deputy responded to an incident in early January on Highway 62B in Flippin involving past renters. The officer learned Watroba was one of two individuals who had been staying at the rental property. He was advised the duo had left owing rent and had damaged property.

In addition, items valued at $1,629 were reportedly taken from the rental property.

Watroba was charged with felony counts of theft of property and first degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,000.

Online records from the Administrative Office of the Courts indicate Watroba was arraigned in Marion County Circuit Court Wednesday where she entered a plea of not guilty to the charges.
