Mountain Home woman injured when vehicle strikes cow

A Mountain Home woman, 52-year-old Rhonda Marksohn, was injured in a one vehicle accident Saturday night when her vehicle reportedly struck a cow in the road. According to a report from Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper J.O. Prater, the cow was on Highway 160 in Ozark County. Marksohn’s vehicle was westbound one-half of a mile east of Route J.She was transported by an Ozark County ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical Center with what is described as minor injuries. She was not listed as a patient as of 9:30 Monday morning.

Marksohn was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the 11:10 p.m. accident.
