One-quarter inch of snow reported, chance for freezing rain

One-quarter inch of snow was recorded Monday morning at KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot, the official weather reporting station for the National Weather Service in North Little Rock. The amount translates to .02 of measurable precipitation.

We’ll see colder temperatures, along with a chance for some freezing rain Tuesday night and into early Wednesday morning. Ice accumulations forecasted as of Monday morning are anywhere between .02 of an inch to up to .1 of an inch possible.

Dylan Cooper, Meteorologist from the National Weather Service in North Little Rock has this report.

Cooper says there is a slight chance for rain and light freezing rain Saturday night and into Sunday morning, however it’s too early in the week to predict any significant totals.
