Jonathan Stuebinger of Mountain Home was given six years probation after pleading guilty to drug-related charges during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 24-year-old Stuebinger was arrested after the vehicle he was driving was stopped on Highway 62/412 in late July last year.

The officer found that Stuebinger was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs. While being taken to the Baxter County Detention Center, Stuebinger told the officer he had a cloth bag concealed in his pants. A small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana as well as a syringe used for the ingestion of methamphetamine and a pipe used for smoking marijuana were found in the bag.
