Chapman announces candidacy for Baxter County JP

Ty Chapman, Justice of the Peace for Baxter County’s District 11, has announced he is seeking re-election as a candidate in the May 22nd Republican primary. Chapman is the owner of Ty Chapman Construction, Inc. and lives in the Lone Rock community. He has been a lifelong resident of District 11.Chapman says it has been an honor to serve the citizens of his district. He says the experience he has gained from his first term will serve him well while making decisions that affects its citizens.

Chapman serves on the board of the Baxter County Farm Bureau Association and is a member of Lone Rock Baptist Church.

His wife, Rawni, is the founder of Kreitton Ministries, a Christian-based ministry for widows and widowers. His daughter, Kaylynn, is a fifth-grader at Norfork School.

He asks the citizens of District 11 to elect him to another term on the quorum court and promises to continue to be a conservative voice for them.

Filing for the May primaries begins on February 22nd.
