Baxter County Justice of the Peace Kevin Litty has announced he will seek a third term to the District 10 seat on the quorum court.
Litty serves on the quorum court building and personnel committees.
He says he strives to always make the best decisions for the citizens of Baxter County.
Litty has been a resident of Baxter County for 42 years, and he has always considered Baxter County his home.
Litty has been employed at the Mountain Home Police Department for 23 years where he serves as a patrol sergeant.
He and his wife, Brandee, reside in Gassville.
