The Lady Bombers never trailed and cruised to a 47-32 win over Pine Bluff. The Fillies did their best to shutdown Mountain Home’s leading scorer Hannah Pfiefer, which they did for three quarters, but she still finished with 11 points.

The difference in the game was on the boards where Mountain Home out-rebounded Pine Bluff 32-15 with 12 of the 32 rebounds coming on the offensive end. Anna Grace Foreman pulled down 10 boards in the contest.

Things got heated in the final minute when Pine Bluff head coach Alexandra Hart starting cussing at Lady Bombers’ head coach Dell Leonard. Hart received a technical foul and after the game she and her team went to the lockeroom without shaking hands.

The Lady Bombers improve to 14-13 on the season and will host Marion Tuesday night in the semifinals.
