SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP)   A Springfield man was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences plus 250 years for killing his ex-girlfriend and one of her sons and injuring another son.

Fifty-four-year-old Willie Clark was sentenced Friday for the February 2015 deaths of 50-year-old Andrea Anderson and her son 35-year-old son, Kevin Anderson, inside the family home. He was also sentenced for shooting Ronald Anderson, who survived by pretending to be dead.

Prosecutors say Clark entered Anderson’s home and first shot Ronald Anderson before shooting and killing his other two victims.

Clark was apprehended days after the shooting in southern Arkansas.

The 250 years were added to the life sentences for his three armed criminal action convictions.

The Springfield News-Leader reports Clark said after sentencing that he planned to appeal.
