A flood watch is in effect for North Central Arkansas from Tuesday night through Thursday and Tuesday night through Wednesday morning for southern Missouri.We'll see breezy conditions across the Twin Lakes Area Tuesday. Winds will be coming out of the south at 10 to 15 miles-per-hour, with gusts up to 30 miles-per-hour.
Much colder temperatures can be expected for Wednesday with a high of just 42.
Meteorologist Joe Goudsward, from the National Weather Service in North Little Rock, has more.
There is an 80 percent chance for showers Tuesday increasing to a 100 percent chance Tuesday night. The heaviest amount of rainfall is expected Tuesday night through Thursday morning.
