MHHS baseball, softball in action Thursday

Mountain Home will have baseball, softball and track on its Thursday schedule.

The Bomber baseball team will open its season with a tournament. Mountain Home will play back-to-back games at Bentonville to begin the NWA Classic.
The Bombers will begin their tenure under new head coach Tim Carver. Mountain Home finished last year with a record of 10-17 advancing to the quarterfinals of the Class 6A State Tournament where they fell to Sheridan.
The Bombers begin action at 4:30 against Bentonville, and they’ll take on Bentonville West at 6:30.

The Mountain Home High School softball team will be at home as they welcome Salem to McClain Park. The varsity game at Freedom Field begins at 4:30 followed by the junior varsity contest.

Mountain Home’s seventh grade track squad will have a practice meet. Action begins at 3:30 at Bomber Stadium.
