The Marion County Quorum Court agenda will include consideration of a resolution in support of the C&H Hog Farm in Newton County when it meets in regular session Tuesday evening at 6:00.
The resolution is addressed to Governor Asa Hutchinson, the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission and the Department of Environmental Quality. The proposal is in support of a resolution passed by the Newton County Quorum Court.
The agenda also includes six proposed ordinances under new business, as well as two under old business, including vote centers and the county’s personnel policy.
The quorum court will meet in the Marion County Courthouse.
