In high school baseball Tuesday, Mountain Home dropped a pair of district games at home against Greenbrier.
In the first game, the Panthers hit a pair of home runs to propel them to an 8-1 win. Cayden Wallace hit a three run shot and Garrett McCollum added a two run blast.
The Bombers had five hits in the game. The lone run scored on an RBI base hit by Josh Prinner.
In the second game, Greenbrier posted another 8-1 win. Gage McClain had a triple and scored a run
The Bombers fall to 7-16 overall and 3-7 in the 6A/5A-2 District. They will play at Shiloh Christian Thursday.
On the softball field, Mountain Home lost both ends of a double header at home go Greenbrier.
Greenbrier won the first game 15-0. Sydnie Zimmer had a double for the Lady Bombers.
Greenbrier won the second game 15-1. Zimmer drove in the run.
The Lady Bombers fall to 9-13 overall and 1-9 in the 6A/5A-2. They will play at Jacksonville Saturday.
