Arvest Bank ranks among top 100 agri leaders

It was announced Tuesday Arvest Bank was ranked 29th in the American Bankers Association’s (ABA) Top 100 Agriculture Banks by the Dollar Volume list.

The ABA developed the rankings based on fourth quarter 2017 data from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

According to the president and CEO of Arvest Bank’s North Central Arkansas market Tom Dame, Arvest is a proud supporter of the local farm economy and has a long history of supporting local agri communities by providing agricultural loans in addition to traditional banking services.

Arvest had more than $491 million in farmland loan volume and more than $129 million in farm loan volume as of December of last year. Arvest’s over $620 million in total farm loan volume is the highest of any Arkansas-based bank. Within Arkansas, Arvest has branches in over 40 cities, including four branches in Harrison, three branches in Mountain Home, one branch in Bull Shoals, one branch in Flippin, and one branch in Yellville.
