MH baseball, softball teams finish regular season at Searcy

Baseball and softall make up much of the local Tuesday schedule as several teams wrap up the regular season.

The Mountain Home High School baseball team will finish its regular season on the road with a 6A/5A-2 doubleheader at Searcy. The first game gets underway at 4:00.
The 3A-1 East Conference Tournament will get underway at the Equity Bank Sports Complex in Harrison. Marshall will be paired with Clinton at 4:00, Bergman and Valley Springs get started at 4:00, Yellville-Summit faces Green Forest at 6:30, and Melbourne takes on Mountain View at 6:30.
Elsewhere, Cotter travels to Mammoth Spring, Bruno-Pyatt makes the trip to Lead Hill, Bakersfield hosts Dora, and Jasper entertains Alpena.

Mountain Home’s high school softball team will join their baseball counterparts at Searcy for a district doubleheader to conclude the regular season. Action begins at 4:30.
In other high school softball, Flippin heads to Eros to play Bruno-Pyatt, Viola travels to Pleasant Plains to meet Midland, Melbourne makes the trip to Walnut Ridge, and Marshall is home against Bergman.
