North Arkansas Junior Livestock Show Saturday

The 37th annual Northern Arkansas District Spring Junior Livestock Show will be held Saturday at the Baxter County Fairgrounds in Mountain Home.

The horse show will be at the Bar None Cowboy Church in Midway Saturday. The show is aimed toward 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) members who have livestock related projects. The six counties eligible to attend include Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Marion, Newton, and Searcy. Following the entry of horses, the show will begin in the morning at 9:00 with performance events and speed events.

The show is open to the public and admission is free.

The first event at the Baxter County Fairgrounds will be the morning goat show at 9:30. The show will be followed by official judging of all other livestock throughout the day.
