A rural Mountain Home woman, 36-year-old Jesse Dominica Moore, is facing seven felony drug offenses following her arrest Thursday. Moore is a parolee and was arrested when offices from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office and the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections went to an address on Century Park Way off Highway 5 North in search of another parolee.

Moore arrived at the residence after officers arrived in search of the other parolee. She also lives at the residence, and as part of her conditions of parole has a warrantless search waiver on file. Officers conducted a search of the residence and found illicit drugs and various articles of drug paraphernalia. These included several grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, loaded syringes, scales, packaging materials, smoking devices and various pills identified as Clonazepam and Xanax. All of these items were seized and taken into evidence. The location of this residence is near a church, providing for a penalty enhancement under state law.

Moore was arrested and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center. In addition to the seven felony drug offenses, penalty enhancements were added for proximity to certain facilities and habitual offender, along with a felony hold for the parole violation.

Moore is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond on the new charges, but without bond on the parole violation. She is set to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court in June. Moore has been booked into the Baxter County jail 11 times since 2000.

Officers were not able to locate the original parolee leading them to the search at the residence.
