Billy Idol announces more, more, more 2018 US tour dates

Credit: Michael MullerBilly Idol has lined up a new series of U.S. concerts scheduled to take place in September. The run of shows begins September 12 in Portland, Oregon, and is plotted out through a September performance in Nashville.

Other cities that the veteran rocker will visit include Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City and San Antonio.

Besides the newly added dates, Idol’s itinerary includes previously announced appearances at the KAABOO Festival in Del Mar, California, on September 15, and at Foo Fighters’ 2018 Cal Jam in San Bernardino, California, on October 5.

Meanwhile, Idol also has four California gigs scheduled for the coming week, including a sold-out acoustic club show with longtime guitarist Steve Stevens on Tuesday, May 22, at Largo in Los Angeles, and a performance this Saturday, May 26, at the BottleRock festival in Napa Valley.

In addition, Billy has a major European summer trek scheduled from a June 15 concert in Nickelsdorf, Austria, through an August 1 show in Reykjavík, Iceland.
