Various businesses and government offices will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.
Baxter County will be among most counties whose government offices will observe the holiday. Offices will resume regular business hours Tuesday.
Gassville City Hall will also be closed on Monday and will re-open Tuesday for regular business hours of 8:00 to 4:30. For police or fire emergencies, dial 9-1-1.
The Donald W. Reynolds Library will be closed Sunday and Monday and will re-open Tuesday. The regular hours are Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 to 6:30, Tuesday from 10:00 to 8:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 5:00 and Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 5:00.
Several financial institutions and other businesses will also be closed Monday. Contact your local place of business to inquire about the holiday.
