Every month the staff of the Marion County Library choose a theme and display for patrons to enjoy. This months display features local artists Jack A. Ryan and Dan Cohee, their art and books relating to the arts.
Wood carvings by the late Jack A. Ryan will be placed in display cabinets throughout the library. The caricature carvings range from humorous and whimsical to true-to-life likenesses of celebrities.
Dan Cohee has placed his calming landscapes on the shelves above the Young Adult sections. His paintings reflect the peace in sunsets, mountains, beaches, and water.
The Marion County Library is located at 308 W Old Main in Yellville. Hours are from 9:00 until 5:30 Monday through Friday and from 10:00 until 2:00 on Saturdays.
