Employees from Integrity First Bank have raised $220 as a part of their quarterly “Casual for a Cause” day. The event, hosted by the employee relations committee of the bank, is one in which bank staff pay $5 to dress down and wear denim. All proceeds raised go to a local nonprofit, and this quarter’s pick was Serenity, a local shelter offering support to survivors of domestic violence.
Serenity has been serving the families of Baxter and Marion counties, as well as surrounding counties in North Central Arkansas since 1988.
