A West Plains woman is dead after she was struck by a hit and run driver near Rogersville. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Corina Guthrie was killed when she walked into the lane of traffic on US Highway 60 and was struck by a vehicle. Guthrie was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle did not stop and continued westbound on the highway. No description of the vehicle was listed on the report.
The accident occurred Wednesday night at 9:50 two miles west of Rogersville.
