Atlantic Records/Warner NashvilleJust two days after tickets went on sale for Ashley McBryde‘s Girl Going Nowhere Tour, the “Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega” hitmaker got word that her Nashville show was already sold out.

“We got a call this week that our tour date at Basement East sold out in the first two days… which is crazy to say out loud,” the Arkansas native explains.

“The Basement East show last year got me my record deal,” she adds. “So to hear that in less than a year we’ve outgrown that room is weird, but maybe the most ‘pinch me’ moment I’ve had. Because for me, the songs come to life when we get to play them live.”

Now, Ashley’s September 27 concert has been moved to the larger Marathon Music Works to accommodate all her fans.  Just like the title track of her debut album says, “Not bad for a girl going nowhere.”
