Joshua Langston, who listed a Hot Springs address when he was booked into the Baxter County jail April 18th, entered a guilty plea to drug-related charges and was given 10 years in prison during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 33-year-old Langston’s latest arrest was made in mid-April when probation and parole officers made a compliance visit at a residence along Clements Drive in rural Mountain Home.

Officers found almost 10 grams of methamphetamine, multiple sets of digital scales, small plastic bags similar to those used to dispense methamphetamine, glass smoking devices, a syringe and approximately $600 in cash.

At the time, Langston was listed as a parole absconder from a previous methamphetamine delivery charge.

According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Langston has a lengthy criminal record. He has been booked into the Baxter County jail 22 times since 2010 and has also served prison time on several charges.
