The Burnin’ Daylight Band returns to the Friday Night Block Party Stage this week.
Music and activities will begin at 7:00 Friday night at the courthouse square in Mountain Home. The event is free to the public, and all are welcome.
Burnin Daylight is a local band playing positive country, contemporary and gospel music. The band covers artists like Martina McBride, the Eagles, Lady Antebellum, Maddie & Tae, the Judds, the Isaacs, Natalie Grant, and many more.
Lee Anne Jackson, Cate Jackson, and Susi Vangilder take turns singing lead and harmonizing. Other band members include Curt Dixon, Mark Kapshandy, Tony Chastain, and Jayme Patterson.
Special guest Tim Prososki will be performing as well.
Holy Smokes BBQ will be on hand selling barbecue, and the Baxter County Historical Society will be selling ice cream sundaes. Funnel cakes, kettle corn and lemonade are also available for purchase from concession vendors, and attendees will have a chance to win door prizes during the bands intermission.
