Beep beep’m beep beep, yeah! Paul McCartney‘s recently announced “Carpool Karaoke” appearance airs Thursday on The Late Late Show with James Corden, and now there’s a first look at the segment posted on YouTube.

The clip begins with Corden in a car talking to an anonymous friend on his cellphone, a conversation that suspiciously resembles the lyrics to The Beatles‘ “Help!”

“Hey, mate! I’m in Liverpool and I’m wondering if you can help,” Corden says. “I need somebody. Not just anybody. Can you please, please help me?”

As Corden talks, a series of messages flash across the screen that read, “This week…The best selling artist of all time…Over 1 billion worldwide record sales…18 Grammys…One carpool…It’s finally here.”

Suddenly, we see McCartney and Corden driving in the car as they appropriately belt out the Beatles classic “Drive My Car.” The clip ends with the message: “Carpool Karaoke with Paul McCartney this week on The Late Late Show with James Corden in London.”

As previously reported, McCartney and Corden visited Paul’s hometown of Liverpool, U.K., on Saturday, June 9, to record the “Carpool Karaoke” segment. In a new video interview with People TV, Corden says of the experience, “I’ll never, ever forget it. It was the most incredible day I’ve ever had.”

Corden explains that while he didn’t feel intimidated singing along with McCartney, the fact that Sir Paul agreed to do the segment made him think “of just how far our show has traveled in a sense that…a genuine icon, a living legend like that would go, ‘Yeah, I’ll come and [do that.]'”

Corden adds, “We’ve got some really big bits planned, and I just can’t wait for people to see it.”

The Late Late Show airs on CBS at 12:37 a.m. ET.
