Anderson named new softball coach at MHHS among changes approved by school board

The Mountain Home High School softball team has a new head coach. The Mountain Home School Board, at its monthly meeting Thursday night, voted to accept Athletic Director Mitch Huskey’s recommendation to name former Mountain Home standout Shelby Anderson as the new coach. Huskey says Anderson brings a wealth of experience to the program.

Cudworth moves into the high school football assistant position that opened with the departure of Justin Bigham.

In other coaching moves, Kyle Stephens was hired as an assistant high school football coach and as the head baseball coach for the 9th grade team. Shelby Upshaw was hired as an assistant coach for the high school softball team.
