Next '70s Rock & Romance Cruise to feature Foreigner, Grand Funk Railroad, Boz Scaggs & more

Courtesy of StarVista LIVEIf you want to know what love is, you may want to hop aboard the third annual ’70s Rock & Romance Cruise, taking place March 25 to March 30, 2019. Foreigner has signed on to headline the seagoing music festival, joining a bill that also includes Grand Funk Railroad and Boz Scaggs.

The five-day nautical extravaganza will set sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will visit Cozumel, Mexico, and CocoCay, Bahamas, before returning to port.

Other well-known artists who will perform on the cruise include the Little River Band, Leo Sayer, Firefall, Exile, Gino Vannelli and the Electric Light Orchestra spinoff group The OrchestraPeter & Gordon singer Peter Asher, the acclaimed producer of acts like Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor and 10,000 Maniacs, will host the festivities.

Scaggs will only be giving one performance, scheduled for March 27. Tribute bands playing the music of The Bee Gees and Queen also are part of the entertainment lineup.

In addition to the many performances, the ’70s Rock & Romance Cruise will feature a variety of special events and activities, including Q&A sessions and panel discussions with some of the artists, themed parties, wine tastings, trivia contests, game shows, karaoke, pool parties and more. Married couples also will have the opportunity to renew their wedding vows.
