The Rolling Stones' 1999 “No Security” concert film and album released today

Eagle Rock EntertainmentFrom the Vault: No Security — San Jose 1999 the latest installment of The Rolling StonesFrom the Vault series of official bootleg performances, was released Friday on DVD and Blu-ray, as a two-CD/DVD collection, as a three-LP vinyl set, digitally and via streaming services.

The album and video document an April 1999 concert that the band played at the San Jose Arena in San Jose, California. The show was part of a two-night stand The Rolling Stones played at the venue and marked the group’s first performance in the city since 1965. The concert took place at the end of the final North American leg of the band’s No Security tour in support of their 1997 album, Bridges to Babylon.

No Security — San Jose 1999 features The Stones performing classic tunes like “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Honky Tonk Women,” “Paint It Black,” “Get off of My Cloud,” “Tumbling Dice,” “It’s Only Rock ‘n’ Roll (but I Like It),” “Start Me Up,” “Brown Sugar” and “Sympathy for the Devil.” Their set also includes renditions of the Bridges to Babylon tracks “Out of Control” and “Saint of Me,” gems like “Respectable” and “I Got the Blues,” as well as a cover of “Route 66.”
