An early morning crash in Boone County resulted in the death of a Harrison man. According to the Arkansas State Police, 30-year-old Richard Peasley was killed following the one-vehicle accident Monday at Arkansas Highway 7 and Dick Henry Lane.
Trooper Michael Valentin says Peasley was southbound on Highway 7 between Harrison and Bergman when he lost control while negotiating a curve. His vehicle left the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.
Peasley’s body is being held at the Harrison City Morgue. The weather was clear, and road conditions were dry at the time of the 12:32 a.m. accident.
